The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to a wonderful balcony with a view of Torrevieja, here you can enjoy in the company of good friends with all that is good with Spain. As a resident of the association, you have access to common areas and the wonderful pool area. The pool area is perfect for the lazy days when you can not get to the beach. Here you get a very nice apartment at a very good price.

Torrevieja has long been the obvious choice for Scandinavians seeking the sun, with its proximity to Alicante Airport and its beautiful and popular beaches. Torrevieja has something to offer everyone as it offers a wonderful mix of sun, culture, nightlife and golf. For those interested in golf, there are several popular golf courses, including Las Colinas golf named Spain’s best golf course in 2016 and 2017. There are also four exciting wine districts with arranged guided tours that end with a tasting.
